To reserve audio/visual equipment please fill out the appropiate form (click on the above Employee Forms link) and attach to a My Servcies ticket.
Faculty please reserve the smart carts from the Administrative Assistant in your department.
Wireless services are available in all of our NCSC buildings. Please visit the IT Service Desk in 145 Fallerius building to obtain the password.
NC State College IT Service Desk
The mission of our IT Service desk is to provide a single point of contact for NC State College’s information & technology needs. The IT Service Desk Specialist will ensure that all calls are handled promptly, and will provide first level support. The IT Department is committed to quality help through teamwork and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
NC State College's IT Service Desk gives login and password support to students for Canvas, Email & MyNC. Online tutorials are available at: www.ncstatecollege.edu/help.
NC State Staff & Faculty
The IT Department covers office and classroom computers (PC maintenance, PC moves, & PC software install), Smart classrooms, audio visual set up for events, printers, copiers, email, network, wireless, phone, voicemail, Encore and MyNC Administrative systems (including special reporting for financial and student).

IT Service Desk - Single Point of Contact for:
Phone & Voice Mail — All problems, changes, and concerns for phone service and voice mail.
Office Computer Requests — conflicts such as error messages or viruses on your office computer including hardware components such as your monitor and mouse and software.
Software Requests — adding programs, deleting programs, and assisting with the purchase and installation of approved new software for your office computer.
Printer/Copier Trouble — printer toner cartridge requests, paper jams and trouble printing your documents from your office computer.
Administrative Systems (Encore and MyNC) — resetting your password, requesting reports, printing reports, and requesting program access changes.
Installation and Equipment Moves — all new installations and relocation of your office computer and related equipment such as phones and printers should be completed by our trained staff. Cables and phone lines may need to be moved to accommodate the changes. Please schedule your installation or relocation of equipment with the IT Service Desk at least two weeks in advance.
Network and E-Mail Systems — Network login problems, resetting network passwords, Internet access, and E-mail concerns.
