The information is provided in compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. The rates reflect the completion status and transfer-out status within of first-time, post-high school students in fall 2010. To qualify as a transfer, a student must first complete 12 college-level credits per guidance from the Ohio Board of Regents.

During the fall term of 2010, 380 first-time, full-time, certificate or degree-seeking undergraduate students entered North Central State College. By fall 2013, 10.5% (40) of these students had graduated from our institution with a credential. In addition, 4.0% (15) had transferred to a four-uyear institution after completing 12 college-level credits. Consequently, the percent of full-time, first-time students in fall 2010 that completed a credential or transferred within three years was 14.5%.

The college also tracks completion within six years, as many students take longer than three years to complete or transfer.
