Admission is available to all who apply. There is no application fee.

• Submit the General Application to NCSC if you have, or will be, graduated, before your first term of classes with NCSC.

• HS Seniors in CCP or Career Tech Labs, submit the following during senior year to consider NCSC after you graduate.
  • General Application to NCSC
  • Scholarship Application for Tuition Freedom (TFS)
    • Apply between Oct. and May (one time)
  • Scholarship Application for NC Foundation Scholarships
    • Apply between Feb. 1 and Mar. 1 (annually)

• Submit your CCP Application to NCSC:
  • If you are seeking admission to enroll with NCSC in College Credit Plus (part-time or full-time) on a customized pathway to earn both high school and college credit.
• Submit your Early College Cohorts Application to NCSC:
  • If you are seeking admission to enroll with NCSC (full-time) during grades 11 and 12, to study in one of the following pathways at a pace to graduate high school with your diploma AND your Associate Degree. (Location of cohort)
    • College-NOW Engineering – AA, Integrated Engineering Technology (Kehoe Ctr – Shelby)
    • College-NOW Business – AA, Business (Kehoe Ctr – Shelby)
    • College-NOW Science – AS, Sci-Medical (Main Campus – Mansfield/Ontario)
    • Galion High School Early College Academy (GECA) – AA, Liberal Arts (GHS)
    • Ontario High School Business Pathways Academy – AA, Business (OHS)

• High School Transcripts: We accept directly from the high school (not accepted from the student) including signature certifying completion and graduation date. Send to us through SendSafely, Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, or via postal mail (sealed by the school).
• GED score report transcript can be obtained through Diplomasender.com, and be sent directly to studentrecords@ncstatecollege.edu or via mail from Diploma Sender.
• The Accuplacer is now an OPTIONAL placement test. If your GPA is below a 2.5, instead of testing for placement in Math and English, these required courses for your program will include embedded tutoring support labs. This refreshes your knowledge and helps build a bridge to your expanding success toolkit. If you prefer to take the Accuplacer, please call Admissions at 419-755-4761.
