FAFSA FRIDAYS

If you need help filling out your financial aid form (FAFSA), come to the Financial Aid Office on Fridays and a counselor will be available to help you.

Be sure to bring the necessary financial information with you:

Your 2005 1040 Federal Tax form (and spouse’s if you filed separately)

Parents’ 2005 1040 Federal Tax forms (if you are dependent)

2005 W-2 forms

Documentation of Child support received in 2005

Documentation of Child support paid in 2005

Documentation of welfare benefits received in 2005

Documentation of Social Security benefits received in 2005

Documentation of Workers’ Compensation received in 2005

Documentation of any other untaxed income or benefits received in 2005

Documentation of the value of any investments and the total balance of cash, savings and checking accounts
