Campus Emergency Notification System (links to Ohio State University Web page)
A text & voice messaging notification system developed by OSU Columbus. It is available for the Columbus Campus and at each of the Regional Campuses. North Central State College and OSU-Mansfield faculty, staff, students, and parents can register.

Incident Report (in Adobe Acrobat PDF format)
Used to report an alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct. Also used to report any other incident such as a concern about a fellow student who may be distressed, suicidal, or need mental health assistance.
