In this exercise, you will become acquainted with tools that you may use in the future to explore the job market to find an "ideal" job.

Library

The OSU-NC State library located in Bromfield has many books that deal with occupations and careers. Ask the person at the desk to direct you to the section of books on careers and occupations in the reference section. The Occupational Handbook is probably the easiest source to use. Copy the pages relating to your job.

Career Center Office

The Career Center Office has a copy of the Occupational Handbook that you may use. They also can arrange for you to job shadow with alumni if you so wish.
