The Child Development Center (C.D.C.) serves two functions on the NC State campus: child care and a teaching lab. The CDC provides exceptional early care and education programs for children of NC State & OSU-Mansfield students, faculty and staff as well as to the local community. The CDC also serves as a teaching laboratory for college students preparing for careers working with young children and their families. Students observe and work directly with the children under the supervision of the Center's professional staff.
