Cotton Candy. Corn Dogs. Snow Cones. Games. Music. It's carnival time on the Mansfield Campus of North Central State College. Thousands will attend our inaugural fair July 18-19, and the rib tradition will linger over the sweet scent of cotton candy and funnel cakes and the sounds of great rock, country and jazz bands. Gone is Rock-n-Ribs, but join us in welcoming Rock'ncstate. Support our College's innovation and scholarship funds and the beginning of a new tradition.
