The biggest problem we face in this presentation is the inclusion of too much information. I think we should keep the presentation to 2 or 3 topics and maybe just one or two points on each. Faculty members are subject to the same rules as students in a class. If we try to cover too much we will succeed only to the extent that we waste time. It may help to use more than one of us and have each of us talk about just one topic.
