Tips to Troubleshoot a Blackboard Problem
 TIP #1 - Try a Different Web Browser

Note that many issues can potentially be fixed and or gather more info for troubleshooting by updating your current web browser or using a different web browser:

 

  TIP #2 - Try a Different Computer 

Is the Blackboard issue with your particular computer or not? You can do this simply by logging into Blackboard on a different computer and see if you have the same issue. (Not sure where to find another computer? See Free Campus and Community Internet Access) If the issue is fixed on a different computer, it is likely there is an issue with your computer.
