Student Records has the responsibility of protecting the content of a student’s educational record. Educational records are defined as those records, files, documents and other materials which contain information directly related to the student and are maintained by the College.
Common forms handled by Student Records:
These forms are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and require the free Acrobat Reader program to view and print the forms. Electronic signatures cannot be accepted at this time.
* Transcript Requests and Graduation Petitions can be mailed to the address listed on this page or returned in person to the Cashier's Office room 155-A Fallerius
** All other forms can be mailed to the address listed on this page or returned in person to the Student Records Office room 142 Kee Hall
Student Records is also responsible for:
Enrollment Verification - providing Enrollment Verification Services (Veteran's Administration, OBES, Financial Aid Agencies, etc.)
Evaluation of Credit - coordinating the evaluation of transfer/articulation credit.
Official Transcripts - processing requests for official transcripts (see FAQS link for more information).
Refunds - processing refund requests.
Registration - processing student enrollment, which is also available online, and withdrawal from all credit classes. To view the most recent class schedule, please click here.
Residency - processing of petitions for change in residency status.
Loan Deferments - processing of student loan deferments. |
