Foundation Names Carbary Executive Director
MANSFIELD, Ohio – Carol L. Carbary, CFRE has been named the new executive director of the North Central State College Foundation. The NCSC Board of Trustees approved the appointment at its July meeting. She will begin her full-time duties on August 19th.
Ms. Carbary has been the senior director of Institutional Advancement at Cleveland State University and the director of development and alumni relations for CSU’s College of Sciences and Health Professions; director of development at the Cleveland Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital; vice president of college advancement for Notre Dame College (Cleveland), and director of development for the College of Arts and Sciences-Kent State.
Deborah Adams, president of the North Central State College Foundation states, “We are pleased with Ms. Carbary's appointment to lead the College Foundation of North Central State. She brings a wealth of experience to take our College Foundation to the next level in support of College initiatives.”
Dorey Diab, president of North Central State College adds, “We’re very happy to have Carol as a member of the NCSC team. She brings much experience to our community. I look forward to working with her to serve the needs of our students and community.”
Carol earned bachelor degrees from Wells College in Aurora, N.Y. (math, physics), and Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland (biomedical engineering), and an MBA from Kent State. She holds the prestigious Certificate of Fundraising Executive endorsement and has membership in a number of professional fund-raising groups.

North Central State College Foundation, a non-profit corporation, provides resource development for College program initiatives, facilities projects, and student aid and scholarships.
