Recovery Act Changes the Health Coverage Tax Credit

COBRA benefits have been temporarily extended for individuals who are eligible for TAA (Trade Adjustment Assistance). You must also be eligible for the HCTC (Health Coverage Tax Credit) to receive the extension of COBRA benefits. If you meet the requirements, your benefits may be extended to the end of 2010.
