Step 1: the Application

Admission is available to all who apply and there is no application fee. You may apply online or request that a paper application be mailed to you.

Step 2: the Appointment

We encourage you to call the Admissions Office at
419-755-4761 or 1-888-755-4899 to arrange your personalized enrollment session with an admissions representative. During your session, we will personally guide you through the remaining enrollment steps.

You must bring a photo ID with you to your Admissions Appointment*. Accepted photo ID includes: Driver's License; State ID; Military ID; US Passport; or other as approved by the Registrar.
