Outreach Centers

SAVE GAS! SAVE TIME!
...by taking NC State classes in your own backyard!
You can attend select classes at any one of the NC State Outreach Centers in Ashland, Bucyrus, or Willard (and soon downtown Mansfield!). You will be connected live via interactive HD video and HD audio Video Conferencing connections to the other Outreach Centers and NC State Main Campus. Your instructor will often rotate to teach class from each of the Outreach Centers during the quarter.

These classes can become part of an Associate Degree, Certificate program, or can be transferred to a 4-year college.

Note: Science courses (BIO, CHE, etc.) offered to Outreach Centers usually have one lecture day that can be attended at the Outreach Centers via video conferencing and one lab day that will require you to go to main campus for hands on lab activities.

Coming JANUARY 2011:
Outreach Center Video Conferencing Courses will also be offered at NC State's new Urban Higher Education Center in downtown Mansfield
(134 N. Main St.in the Carousel District!)

Complete the classes listed below as *part* of our new Associate of Arts Degree, or as general education requirements for other associate degree and certificate programs. These classes can also be used as transfer credits to may other colleges.
