The demand for international business professionals is higher than ever and expected to increase. No longer centered exclusively in larger cities, medium and small companies across the country - even in north central Ohio - need employees who understand international business.
Where You Could Go
Numerous companies in north central Ohio compete in the global marketplace. You may use your skills in sales, marketing, order entry, shipping and logistics, or finance to promote, sell, and support business efforts all over the world. At North Central State College, we’ll introduce you to different business cultures, and differences in international trade regulations that influence American business everyday.
NC State has over 40 agreements with four-year colleges and universities, to provide a smooth transition for students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Through university partnerships, some four-year courses are also offered on the NC State campus or online.
What You Could Earn
Depending on your position, training, and experience, international business graduates could earn between $25,000 and $45,000 in north central Ohio.
Job Demand
As globalization becomes more prevalent, the need for employees with an awareness of, and appreciation for, the needs of business competing internationally will continue to rise.
