AQIP at NC State
AQIP: WHO is involved?
The
culture of continuous improvement that is the basis of AQIP
involves everyone
-- faculty, staff, administrators, students, and board members.
More direct involvement by various members of the College
community depends on the projects and processes selected for
improvement at any given time. At NC State:
-
The Planning Advisory Council and the
AQIP Liaison
provide the leadership and supervision for the College's AQIP endeavors. The
Planning Advisory Council and the AQIP Liaison report to the
President of the College
Action
Projects:
- AQIP
Action Project proposals will go through Planning Advisory Council (PAC)
approval processes – to tie them to
strategic planning, strategic initiatives, and budget processes.
-
PAC will consider AQIP Action Project proposals
from College stakeholders, especially where
projects have direct impact on improvement
opportunities aligned with AQIP Categories.
- Action
Project proposals should be submitted using the
Action Project Proposal Form.
-
AQIP Category Leaders
work in collaboration with the Planning Advisory Council
and others to use feedback received via the Systems
Appraisal Feedback Report to inform strategic planning,
and update the Systems Portfolio, a living document, on
an annual basis.
