 Annually

  • Update Systems Portfolio (Category Leaders and Planning Advisory Council)  – Fall
  • Manage Action Projects (Planning Advisory Council)
    • Annual Updates (Action Project Team Leaders) – September

 2008-09 and Every 4 Years

  • Use Systems Appraisal Feedback Report to:
    • Inform strategic planning (Planning Advisory Council and Category Leaders) – Fall
    • Inform organization of strengths and opportunities (Category Leaders and Planning Advisory Council) – Fall
    • Guide updating of Systems Portfolio (Category Leaders and Planning Advisory Council) – Fall
  • Attend Strategy Forum (Team) – February

2009-10 or 2010-11 and Every 7 Years

  • Quality Checkup Visit (Planning Advisory Council)

2011-12 and Every 4 Years

  • Submit Systems Portfolio to AQIP (Category Leaders and Planning Advisory Council) – Fall
  • Receive and disseminate Systems Appraisal Feedback Report (Planning Advisory Council) – Winter

 2011-12 and Every 7 Years
