A graduate of the Electrical Maintenance program will be involved in the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic manufacturing systems commonly used on the factory floor today. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will be a requirement of this position due to the complex nature of the computerized control systems in use today. The individual that has an interest in knowing how things work, determining how to fix things and make them run better, and who has an interest in problem-solving may find the Electrical Maintenance program an appropriate career choice. The individual should have an interest in and an aptitude for mathematics and science.
