Iím an online instructor for North Central State College. I am very committed to my students, therefore, I make an intentional effort to increase accessibility to my students in a variety of ways:

1.     You can e-mail me. My policy is to do my best to reply to my students the same day. If that is not possible, I will reply by the next business day.*

2.     You can call me at home or on my cell. (My numbers are above.)*

3.     You can send me a text message on my cell.*

4.        You can schedule a time to meet with me in person. Iím frequently on campus.

*††††† When contacting me by e-mail or text message, please be sure to identify yourself with your name and the course you are referring to.

What is an "online class"?

Online classes are rapidly becoming recognized as a convenient way in which to pursue a degree.  Online courses are offered "asynchronously", which means that a student can access their coursework at any time of the day or week that fits their schedule from the convenience of their home computer. This makes the program appealing to the adult learner who may be working full-time in addition to having family and other responsibilities.
