Loaner Equipment Request Form
The Instructional Technologist will contact you within the next business day to confirm equipment availability for your requested dates. 

Please note that Multimedia lab equipment cannot be reserved or checked out by students. Equipment will only be reserved and signed out to NC State Faculty.
