Identify Which Pieces of Equipment You Will need
for your project (See the Equipment Listing). Consult the Instructional Technologist if you aren't sure what your project will require. 

Check the Loaner Reserve Schedule to see if the needed equipment will be available during the dates you need or find alternate dates.

Fill out the Online Loaner Equipment Request Form.  
The Instructional Technologist, will review your request and contact you within two business days to cover details.

Pickup/Receive the equipment at the pre-arranged pickup time.
